Gilles brings 30 years of international experience in business development, project management and Public Private Partnerships structuring gained across in the infrastructure and rail industry in Asia, Europe, Central America, Middle-East and Africa. He has profitably managed major international transport projects (above US$1.5 billion). He has established and maintains strong relationships with international lenders, private and public clients at senior level and achieved a high level of repeat business by focusing on meeting client unexpressed needs. His keen interest in sustainable mobility and climate change issues has led him to initiate innovative public-private partnerships to transform potential liabilities into marketable assets. He holds a BEng (Hons)in Civil Engineering from Middlesex University, MBA from Warwick University, Post-Grad Diploma in Cross-sector Partnership from Cambridge University and MSc in Sustainability and Adaptation from University of East London. He has served on non-profit organisation Boards, founded and managed companies throughout South-East Asia and serves in a non-executive capacity on corporate Board of Directors in Asia.
